After visiting many car dealerships on many occasions I expected an uncomfortable and somewhat detatched conversation with a total stranger who would go off and leave me stewing and thinking What am I even expected an uncomfortable and somewhat detatched conversation with a total stranger who would go off and leave me stewing and thinking What am I even doing here anyway as it happened on other occasions but to my suprise I was met by a very personable and friendly man who never pressured me in any way.I really had no intention of compleating a deal right away just to get a comparative quote on car and price before making my final decision.I found that what I wanted was the topic of the entire conversation and I wasnt channeled into an area that I didnt want to be in the first place.Michael took me on a test drive of a Scion which I had asked about .We carried on an adult conversation again without pressure.The more time I spent with this man the more comfortable I felt.Of course the car was fun to drive and seemed to meet my needs as well.I got to the point where I felt why go any where else.This is my third new car expiriance and let me tell you the other two left me thinking that I hope I never have to do that again but this time was different I would recommend this man and this dealership anytime.
