Michael's complete knowlegde of the mechanisms and operation of the Avalon was superior to anyone person that I have ever encountered. His handling of the transaction's paper work made the purchace a postive experince without any hassles. The fact that both my wife and I were given the time to completely understand the full opertion of the car inside and out was a major plus. Since we had traveld from the Jersey Shore to purchace the vehicle, Michael made a contact call the following day to make sure we had arrived home safely and if we had any additional concerns about the operation of our new 2012 Avelon.
