I was very hesitant about even looking for a car - let alone actually purchasing one - due to some credit challenges that have arisen because of recent family and income situations. I had spoken to other salespeople and visited other dealerships that also made me bold promises and guarantees; yet, I had been dissappointed every time. What a refreshing relief it was to have someone take the time to explain to me the way the process works and actually deliver on the promise that they made. I am very happy with my car...MY NEW CAR! Not only was I able to finance a vehicle that is much safer for my family and more reliable than my old piece of junk...but I have a new RAV 4 to call my own.
