I have purchased 3 Toyota's since I moved to this area and have only dealt with Conicelli. I live closer to Peruzzi but traveled out of my way to purchase and service my cars. Kudos to Mark he was very professional and friendly and when it came time to go over the service and bill he did not rush and answered all my questions I had. They gave me the thumbs up and said the car was "sound". And they've been just that, "honest and truthful", for the last seven years. And courteous, of course, to say the least. My last car, which I also had taken to Conicelli for service, I kept for 13 years. I'm expecting to keep my present car for, at least, the same amount of time. More

I was very hesitant about even looking for a car - let alone actually purchasing one - due to some credit challenges that have arisen because of recent family and income situations. Simply put, I didn't think I could get approved for a car loan. Wayne Dorsey assured me that he had options available to me and that it would be worth my while to make the trip to Conicelli. I had spoken to other salespeople and visited other dealerships that also made me bold promises and guarantees; yet, I had been dissappointed every time. What a refreshing relief it was to have someone take the time to explain to me the way the process works and actually deliver on the promise that they made. I am very happy with my car...MY NEW CAR! Not only was I able to finance a vehicle that is much safer for my family and more reliable than my old piece of junk...but I have a new RAV 4 to call my own. I am on my way to getting back to where I want to be personally and financially, and a large part of that is the dedication and empathy that I received from Wayne and the staff at Conicelli.
