Having purchased a car from their dealership, I expected a seamless and professional service experience, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was met with unprofessionalism at the customer service counter. The representative seemed disorganized and unable to locate my information in their system, despite the appointment being scheduled in advance and my details surely being on file as a recent customer. Instead of efficiently accessing my information, I was asked to provide unnecessary documentation such as insurance and registration, which felt like an unnecessary inconvenience considering my purchase history with the company. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction was deeply concerning. As someone who had already invested in a vehicle from Conecelli Honda, I expected a higher level of service and professionalism. However, the experience at the customer service counter only served to undermine my confidence in the dealership's ability to prioritize customer care. Furthermore, the issues didn't end there. After informing him that the valet took the car with my information, The Customer service representative proceeded from behind the counter and rudely told the young men to go get the car. All I wanted to do was drop my car off early so that I could get work. However, there was still a delay in processing my appointment, leaving me waiting for an unacceptable amount of time and causing me to be late for work. This level of disorganization and inefficiency reflects poorly on Conecelli Honda's commitment to customer service and detracts from the overall experience of dealing with the dealership. In conclusion, my experience with Conecelli Honda's service department was marred by unprofessionalism, disorganization, and a lack of respect for customer convenience. As someone who chose to purchase a vehicle from their dealership, I expected better treatment and a smoother service process. I brought my car in at 8:30am for an Oil Change, to a my brakes looked at, and to have the driver side lights checked out as well since one wasn't working. While checking in, I asked Anthony to check the br brakes looked at, and to have the driver side lights checked out as well since one wasn't working. While checking in, I asked Anthony to check the brakes and lights and he said "We'll check everything." He even stated that I should know this, since this isn't my first time here. Two hours later, I get call from anything and he states there are no issues with the brakes and the lights are fine. I pick up the car and it still has a problems with the lights and the brakes. I was told by several employees standing in front of one another that a manager is unavailable until Monday, at the Nisan building and/or unable to help you today. I walked over Nisan for a supervisor who guided me back to Honda's main office. Mark "Hamol" (a manager) told me that on weekends they don't have techs of the same quality as Monday - Friday. A started a Three way call with Anthony who confirmed all the tech did was look at the brakes and lights, but didn't inspect them because the techs who know what to look for are not there. Mark then walks outside me and looks at the lights and notices the issues. He states I can take my car back the Honda Service and they will replace the bulb. The Service within 5 minutes then notices over $2000 dollars in repairs they can make while stating they don't have anyone here today that accurately assess the issues. More
I had brought my car into the service department for idle start and stop to be fixed. I waited all day for them to bring me a piece of paper that explained how the system worked.
