My purchase of a certified pre-owned Ascent from Concordville Subaru was a no-pressure, easy process. Once I decided to make the purchase, Keith in finance took the time to review finance options and the impact of purchasing an extended warranty. A few days after purchase, while making a u-turn at an intersection, I heard a rubbing noise and took the vehicle to the service department. It turned out to be a backing plate to a front brake that needed adjustment, easy fix quickly taken care of. Service department personnel were pleasant to work with. I will be taking the vehicle here for service, when needed. Overall, a terrific experience working with Concordville Subaru. More

I picked up a sheet metal screw in my tire and my friend and neighbor, Moe Laraki, told me to stop in at Subaru of Concordville and they will take care of me. When I arrived I was greeted by Kevin and he go and neighbor, Moe Laraki, told me to stop in at Subaru of Concordville and they will take care of me. When I arrived I was greeted by Kevin and he got me settled in and showed me the snack and waiting area and said the repair would be about 30 minutes are so. Kevin came back in no time to let me know I was all finished and ready to go and they even washed my car. Unbelievable service, thank you Kevin and Moe. I will be telling this story to my buddies on the golf course for some time. More
