I have been going to this dealership since 2017 when I purchased a used 2011 Legacy. I had such a great experience with sales and service in the years to follow that when it was time to upgrade it was an purchased a used 2011 Legacy. I had such a great experience with sales and service in the years to follow that when it was time to upgrade it was an easy choice to purchase from Concordville Subaru. I found a car to test drive on CarFax and scheduled a test drive which was seamless to do. My partner and I were there on a Monday night and Bob Novotny was our sales person. He was fantastic! Bob answered all of my questions, and it was so easy to get in touch with him. Bob helped whenever he could, including speaking with my insurance agent to make the process as easy as possible. I have been telling my family and friends how great this dealership is and will continue to. Thank you Bob, you made the experience fantastic! More
