The customer for him going through the efforts of taking calls and communicating even when he was off work. His communication was something that other sales people should follow. Most sales people are very pushy and demanding because of their commission And rewards for selling. Bob made it feel so relaxed and earn every bit of my customer gratitude for what he did. A big thank you to Subaru for communicating and following up on what they said also. I’m looking forward to exploring and finding out more of the details of the vehicle for which I have not had time to do yet. My go-to dealer for my favorite Subarus. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, as Concordville’s service department is top tier and I’ve always felt I was treated fairly my the sales department. This is Subaru #5 for me, my second Outback and by far the best car I’ve ever owned. Nathalie was a treat to work with, prompt communicator, good listener, enthusiastic about the cars and the dealership and excited to help me get into the car I love. The manager John checked in with me many times, the loan guy Keith was friendly and patient. I highly recommend this dealership, their sales team and their service staff. More
