Looking for a new vehicle can be stressful, as I walked in to the dealership I was promptly greeted by the Dave who introduce himself as the manager. Dave then introduce my daughter and I to Jose Roman. J in to the dealership I was promptly greeted by the Dave who introduce himself as the manager. Dave then introduce my daughter and I to Jose Roman. Jose did an excellent job by first wanting to know what I was looking for, what was important to me in a vehicle. After attentively listened, made notes on tablet guessing to make sure he did not forget what I was saying. Once I made the decision to purchase the vehicle He made the process very easy for me. They worked with me to get the best deal possible. What was also important Jose took the time to talk about the service department, the dealership and he even made the appointment for me first oil change.
