I went in to talk to someone about financing a used vehicle, to see if they could arrange something that I could afford. Shane, the sale associate directed me to Ryan. After Ryan came out and got my credit application, he proceeded to begin his part while Shane took me for test drives in vehicles that were in my price range and met my needs. There was one that I was interested in, so we went in to see what Ryan had come up with. It was older and higher in price than other vehicles I had seen elsewhere, but the mileage was better and the vehicle had a clean history, so I decided to pursue it. While I was sitting with Shane, everyone that walked by took the time to say hello. I found them to be very friendly. The original numbers that Shane received were not acceptable to me, so I regretfully left. The next day, both Ryan and Shane called me to say that they had been able to get in touch with some other lenders that were much closer to what I knew I could afford. We arranged a second meeting and I brought my grown son to test drive the vehicle that I was interested in, just in case I had missed anything during my test drive and inspection. They were respectful and friendly to the both of us. Again, everyone greeted us. They had already started attending to the items they decided the vehicle would need, including a tune-up and new tires, because the ride was a bit choppy. After agreeing to terms, I returned a third time to finalize the arrangements and pick up the vehicle. By that time, everyone there was acknowledging me like an old friend and I left with a confidence that anything that I needed to have taken care of in the future, would be handled to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and do business with them again in the future. More

He answered our questions and provided input when solicited but did not badger my Wife or me around deciding on the vehicle. 3. His price was fair and Remmington and Moe (Sales Manager) negotiated a fair value for my trade in with a minimum of drama. 4. Car was ready when promised and Jamie (Detailing upervisor) cheerfully met my special requests by only washing the vehicle and cleaning the windows. This allows me to detail the vehicle to my satisfaction. I appreciated the fact that Jamie soght me out to esnure he was clear on exactly what I wanted. 5. Remmington took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle functions without overdoing it. He gave me credit for the ability to read the manual and focused on the more confusing aspects of the vehicle such as linking the phone and HD Radio options. 6. Chuck handled the title transfer efficiently and explained everything to us. Most importantly he did NOT belabor extended warrantees but showed us the possibilites and let it go at that. This alone sets Concordville apart and is greatly appreciated. All in all it was an extremely pleasant experience. I would recommend Concordville Subaru, Remmington, Moe and the staff for anyone looking for a new Subaru or Nissan. Mike Weaver More
My outstanding experience started before I even set foot in the door! Dawn McHenry-Litton from the Internet sales department answered my first e-mail moments after I sent it. Unfortunately, the car I was looking for was not in stock nor did I expect it to be. After we ironed out what I wanted Dawn let me know the team was there for me when I was ready to order my 2014 STI. A few days after our exchange Dawn contacted me to let me know the dealership had just received exactly the car I was looking for. I finally made it in to the dealership and found the car waiting for me just inside the showroom doors. The car was beautiful, exactly what I was looking for. After speaking with Geoff Townsend for a bit about the details I decided to return in the morning after I thought over the details. Geoff and I talked about the weather the night before and snow was in the forecast so he agreed to call me in the morning in case we wouldn't be able to go on a test drive. Geoff called me in the morning to let me know we had a green light until the snow started falling. I arrived and we returned from the test drive just as the first flakes starting falling. Geoff was great throughout the whole process and the team even shared their lunch with me while I waited (10 mins tops) to go to speak with Margot Lilly about finalizing my purchase. It ended up that Margot waited for me to finish lunch and she was very helpful and more than willing to stop and explain if I had any questions. My car headed off to be detailed before we left and it was completed a few minutes prior to finishing up the paperwork. My expectations of the process were already being met without me asking and overall the experience was great. Kudos and thanks to the Concordville staff on putting another satisfied customer in the drivers seat. I'll be back when its time for my next Subaru. More
I rarely do this, though in this matter I reallly wanted to take the time to share my experience with Concordville Nissan as it was so wonderfully "over the top". As background, my wife had an accident and totalled her car, which left us in a postion where we had to find a new vehicle in a weeks time. To compound the matter, this happend right in the middle of the holiday season - already one of the most stressful times of the year. We were looking for an SUV, 4WD that sat at least 6 passengers comfortably - though didn't have many other pre-requisiites. Not knowing exactly which direction to take, we started our marathon car shopping spree, looking at every kind of vehicle that matched our criteria from every dealer that we could find. Needless to say, we developred a very good, relevant baseline on car dealerships in a very short timefrarme. It had not been a pleasant experience - that is, until we came accross Concordville Nissan. It was the 11th hour, and I had just resolved my self to setting for another dealers product that was not a perfect fit, when someone suggested that I check into the Nissan products - specifically, the Pathfinder. I submitted an online inquiry and was connected with Fred at Concordville within a very short time. Fred listened to my needs, and was able to put together a very competitive pricing model right over the phone. My wife and I took a trip immediately to the dealer, and met with Fred in person, who introduced us to Amit to show us the different Nissan models and options. Amit was extremely knowledgeable about the Nissan products, and communicated with us in a very straightforward and honest way. He helped answer all of our questions, and was sincerely interested in finding a vehicle that matched a "right fit" for our family. After meeting with Amit, he introduced us to Chuck, who was very helpful and fair in matching up the final details of an offer for the specific vehicle and model that we favored. We couldn't have been more happy, not only with the outcome, but with the buying experience that we had with the Concordville team. I didn't think I would ever say this, though I really felt good - before, during and after the purchase. The Nissan team at Concordville are the type of people that you like to buy from - genuine, honest and fair. I highly recommend this dealer, and know that I will be back to visit Concordville next time I am in the market. More

He followed up with me when he said he would and didn't hesitate to get the answers to any questions he didn't know at the time I first met him.. He also gave me a great price for my new car. I have already recommended Michael to two people who may be looking for a new car in the near future. The only reason why I rated my overall experience as "good" and not "great" is because I didn't like the idea of having to make several major warranty decisions involving significant dollars when I picked up the car. At a minimum, I should have been given the details of these possible options ahead of time so I could have studied them. As it was, even though the finance person was not high pressure, I felt put on the spot inappropriately. I realize that your dealership is probably typical of all dealerships when it comes to this sort of approach. However, you can bet I will be warning anyone I send to Concordville Nissan?Subaru to beware of it when they buy their car there. GoeffreyTownsend, our sales person, was very attentive, caring and answered every question, concerning all of our detailed questions about the vehicle we were considering purchasing. He was also very patient in explaining all the features of our new vehicle. We arrived at the dealership, fully intent on bying a pre owned vehicle. Because of him, we left purchasing a 2014 Subaru Forester. We are so pleased with the whole experience. I didn't feel that I was being "gamed" as I have at other dealerships. I had fully intended to spend the better part of a week shopping for vehicles, including shopping over the internet. I had done some homework and had a good idea as to what would be a fair and reasonable price. Because of the Subaru reputation, my prior experiences with the dealership, the win-win approach in making the offer and especially because of Len's approach I ended up accepting the first offer at the only dealership I visited. I felt I saved a lot of time and ended up with a good vehicle at a good price point. I would highly recommend Len and Concordville to others and am looking forward to a long and satisfying relationship with the dealership. More
