A dishonest and irresponsible dealership Ordered a Subaru Outback from them in Oct. over the phone. They asked my credit card number and placed the order. When I asked for the documentation, they never replied to me. Called in, Sean told me that it is not necessary to come into the dealership to sign the document but wait until the vehicle arrives. I wait and wait, no one contacted me about the updates. I then contacted Subaru of America to inquire the status and know that the vehicle will arrive on Dec 29th. I then emailed my sales Justin and Kaitlin, still no response. Called in again, Matt took the call and told me everything is ok and I can come to pick up the car when the vehicle arrives. On the 29th, I called in the morning and Justin told me the vehicle hasn't arrived and will call me back later in the afternoon. In the evening, he called me and told me the vehicle was sold! The sales manager Moe said I canceled the order in Oct. We indeed had some conversation about the documentation since they would not like to send it. But in the end he agreed to send it to me and I said I will order from them. But I got no document. I still have our last email conversation of my inquiry and request for the updates of the order. But the sales manager Moe denied about the fact. From the beginning to the end, they are totally irresponsible for the customer and lied that I canceled the order. They told me on the last day when the vehicle arrives. I would say dishonest business surely would not last long. God hates dishonest and He sees everything. I ended up with no vehicle now. But I definitely will find one soon since there are many vehicles in the market. Their behavior indeed is not reputable. I saw they do charity on their website. Do you feel the charity can disguise such a nasty behavior? Don't go to this dealership and don't trust them. Their pledge to beat the other dealership for $300 is only a way to grab customers but in the end they will play trick to fool you! More

There was no back and forth between the manager and our sales representative, they were very straightforward with us right from the start. We had been looking at the Murano at two other dealerships but just did not feel comfortable with the staff. Our experience at Concordville was refreshingly different. We would definitely do business with this dealership again and will recommend Farid to our friends and family. More

We dealt with Anthony and Ryan while making our final decision on pricing. They accommodated our needs. When we got home we noticed a minor flaw and Ryan repaired it free of charge. A week after our purchase they called to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about purchasing a car. Thank you, Joe R More
Kevin Walsh - The miracle worker ! I had recently visited the Concordville Nissan dealership to check out my options in terms of owning a car. I did not have very high hopes since i did not get any good deals in the past from various other dealerships. Then I met Kevin Walsh at Concordville Nissan. He was one of the most courteous and friendly salesperson that i have ever met. He explained me the options that i had and how best they would work out for me. He ran all the necessary checks and secured me a great deal on a 2012 Nissan Altima SR. He also helped me secure a good financing deal. It is only because of his help that i am a proud owner of a car. The other staff at the dealership were also very friendly and courteous. After buying the car i had a few questions and Kevin took some time out if his busy schedule to answer all my queries. I really appreciate that. My friends who accompanied me to the dealership were also very impressed with Kevin's courteous and friendly behavior. I would like to say a big thank you to Kevin Walsh for making my dream of owning a car come true. Worth the drive to be treated like a valued customer. After a dreadful experience at two local dealerships, I decided to visit Concordville Nissan. From the moment I arrived it was a completely different After a dreadful experience at two local dealerships, I decided to visit Concordville Nissan. From the moment I arrived it was a completely different experience than what I had encountered elsewhere. Concordville Nissan is about 25 miles from home and there are no fewer than five closer Nissan dealerships. While we would like to have a relationship with a trustworthy dealership around the corner, it was evident that we were going to have to abandon that concept in favor of being treated well. My wife knew exactly what year, model, color, trim, and options she wanted. Kevin was attentive to our needs and directed us to a vehicle that was fresh on the lot. Although it did not have all of the options we wanted, they were priced favorably into the deal and we were able to put together the exact package we wanted. The price we negotiated at the other dealerships seemed to be the best we would be able to find. However, Concordville's number came in even lower and they were willing to install an accessory we wanted without labor cost. The other dealers were not willing to budge on the $400 labor quote despite the fact that it is a ~30min job for a trained tech. Kevin and the management at Concordville were polite and respectful throughout the process. We decided to pick the car up on Saturday morning (after making the deal Tuesday night) to give the shop ample time to prep the car. Kevin had the car out front and ready to go for us on Saturday morning as planned. He took plenty of time to show my wife the features of her new car and made sure she was completely satisfied. I will send all friends and colleagues to Concordville for their Nissan and Subaru purchases. Unfortunately for the other two dealerships, I will also tell those same friends and colleagues to avoid them at all costs. Although the vehicle we bought is rather modest, Concordville made us feel like we were buying a Lexus by giving us the VIP experience. The really nice thing about it? It seemed like they weren't really trying - it's just the way they do business. More

The end of our current lease was coming due and we had started at looking at all of our different options. We really liked our 2011 Rogue but knew we needed to find a different dealership to work with. We were not looking forward to the car buying experience. Brianna Johnson at Concordville Nissan contacted us out of the blue about trading our current Rogue for a new one. At first we were skeptical but listened to what she had to say. We shared our previous experience with her and she apologized on behalf of the dealership and vowed to make this a much better experience for us. In the end we did trade in and Brianna was fantastic, she delivered on every promise. Since we knew what we wanted she was able to have the car and all of the paperwork ready when we got there so the whole process was very quick. She was very transparent with the numbers and was wonderful to work with. We could not be happier with our experience and are glad we gave Concordville Nissan a 2nd chance. More
By far the worst customer service by 'managers' WARNING the worst car dealership experience EVER! After dealing with Concordville Nissan with purchasing a vehicle for our small business back in WARNING the worst car dealership experience EVER! After dealing with Concordville Nissan with purchasing a vehicle for our small business back in July of 2014, I'm still in disbelieve of what happened. Dealing with Perhaps the worst customer service from "managers" I've ever seen. My husband and I purchased a NV2500 for his company after he was in a car accident and needed a vehicle immediately for work. We called Concordville Nissan with the exact vehicle we needed, found on truecar.com, and we're told it was there. After driving almost an hour we get there, and to our surprise it's not there. It felt like a bait and switch, but I don't want to throw that out there. They talk us into a high top NV2500 which we were obviously weary about but they assured us the other one we originally wanted would take days to get in. This model was a 2013, a year older and more expensive than the 2014 low top we were told was available at the Concordville location. Since my husband NEEDED to work we took the high top. Issue number two comes along when we were told we could bring the vehicle back and within a day have the shelving installed that we paid for. We returned the car and asked about swapping it out with a low top van since the clearance issues at my husbands company were a huge issue. They said it was 'doable' but after hearing their details we found it was not a 'swap' but a trade in, losing us almost $8,000. We told them to forget it and put the shelves in our van and well be back to pick it up the next day. That did not happen, we went a week without a vehicle for work. That week we called and left countless messages to Ryan Gilroy and Chuck marlin. When I eventually reached Chuck marlin he was VERY rude from hello. Myself being a high risk now 9 month pregnant woman, on limited bed rest with a two year old, I was honestly a little emotional. I was trying to get information on my husbands vehicle while he was working and no one was helping much. Just telling me different things or sending me to their voice mails. I tried to explain to him how much money we're losing everyday not having this van for now six days and he was raising his voice and yelling at me in a very rude manner. As if I were a nuisance. After my husband took the phone from me because he could hear him yelling at me through the line he was also very rude and childish to him. Even told him he was recording the conversation (which is illegal without consent) and claimed after we would give him bad reviews, that he would just tell everyone we were mad at the company because we picked the wrong vehicle (high top) and no one would believe us. Which isn't entirely true, we needed the car back. Yes we were angry they talked us into the one we didn't want with the enticement that we could have it right away, only to have it sit there for again, 6 days waiting on shelves. They offered to drop it off to us with a free oil change, but honestly after the way Chuck spoke to us we don't find him the most trustworthy person. My final issue is getting our warranty check returned to us after we ended up selling the vehicle since it did not work for us. I struggled leaving messages for a month, was told it was underway and would take a month to receive. After waiting the 30 days and leaving more unreturned messages I called the warranty company who informed me it was never canceled and still active. Great they lied again!! Another couple weeks later I have received the returned payment of the warranty and look forward to never dealing with these people EVER again!! Since July we've bought two other vehicles from Nissan of Devon and were grateful that they actually treated us like not only important customers, but human beings. I just would like People to know how concordville Nissan's managers are treating customers, after papers are signed. More

No pressure, no hard sell. Just plenty of good information. Test drove it and knew it was the car for me. Got me in the car for a price I could afford.
