Waited 3hrs and 15 mins for an oil change and inspection and to have my car hosed off..was supposed to be washed..Still very dirty..then told I need $2,900.00 in recommendations..i have 29,000 miles on my c and to have my car hosed off..was supposed to be washed..Still very dirty..then told I need $2,900.00 in recommendations..i have 29,000 miles on my car..i'll get tires and brakes somewhere else..thats outrageous! The new waiting room is disgusting chairs torn and dirty no water or snack machine's ..salemen constantly walking thru it..not a good experience! More

We used a detailing coupon. The finished car included a number of spots and streaks and spots that detracted from an otherwise good cleaning.
