Poor Overall Performance On 11 June 2015 I brought my Nissan in for 3 problems: Recall on hood latch I believe has been repaired Splash guard clips needed to be replaced. I believe this was done but I hear a rattling under my car. The major problem deals with a tire that was replaced: The original tire had about 9,000 miles on it when I noticed an indentation suggesting that a seam in the tire had failed. The tire functioned but I recognized this was a safety issue. According to the Concordville service report they replaced this tire. Soon after this we went on an extended vacation. Today when I went to used my car I noticed that the back driver's side tire is totally flat! This was the ire replaced by Concordville. From this experience I will have them correct the problem but I doubt if I will utilize them for any future service requirements More
If you wan't good mechinical service, go elsewhere. Stay away from this dealer when it comes to having your vehicle serviced. I had my clutch replaced after 178k miles. They charge me thousands of dollars and the new clutch was not working properly. I told them more than once that it was wrong. They ignored me but let a mechanic ride with me so I could show him how wrong it was. No matter what they insisted that it was fine no matter how many times I told them it was wrong.This was back in April. At the beginning of June the car will no longer shift. They said it was the slave cylinder. They replaced that and the car was just as bad. Now it's not drivable. Two other repair shops said the clutch is defective. They want $129 to "diagnose" again. I'm afraid to take my car back to them. I'd rather pay triple to somebody else than go here and have this place screw my car up even more. Thanks a lot Concordville Nissan - If you didn't want to work on a car with manual transmission you should have just told me, not destroy it. I'll never step foot in this place and I'm telling everyone I know about their lack of ethics and commitment to quality. More

My father had to go through quite allot to get his TriBeCa serviced, and then picked it up and repairs were not completed as desired. The dealership was nice enough to call us back and eventually the cost of the parts were refunded. Now within a week he has other issues with the vehicle like water coming in on the passenger floor, and noises from the suspension. I advised him to take his vehicle to a different dealership for an assessment. More

They have thus far refused to remedy the situation. I have been calling about every 3 days and they always give me some new manager to talk to and they always give some excuse as to why they need to call me back. I highly recommend you NOT buy a vehicle here. More

Hector was brilliant with all queries, timely communications and finally picking me up on the day of Car delivery. Sean Larry, the Sales manager was extremely helpful and efficient. He even stepped up to complete all the documentation related to Finance himself, in order to reduce my waiting time during delivery. He took time to explain me all the features of the car and was very polished in his overall communication. I won't look to any other dealership which buying my next car. More

Then they promised to send us FREE weather mats in the mail to make "things right". Then call us after two days of owning the car that we will ONLY receive the weathermats if we fill out the survey and give them all 10's!! That is called Blackmail!!! NO THANK YOU! NEVER going back to buy a car from them again!! Cancel my contact!! Subaru of America will hear about this dishonest and hateful behavior! More

Subaru Service exerirnce w/ Al Alba This Monday during prime time, right after work, I had to go to Concordville Subaru because I thought I had a flat and needed an oil change and wanted This Monday during prime time, right after work, I had to go to Concordville Subaru because I thought I had a flat and needed an oil change and wanted to get everything fixed before the negative zero weather came our way. I used to work at Concordville and knew Subaru had late hours on Monday nights but I did not know who the advisors were anymore. Al Alba helped me out and come to find out, he is the new service manager. I had never met him before and he did not know I used to work there. He checked my tires for no cost and I was trying to work with him on when to come back to get my oil change done because I knew he was going to have to order one since I have a Hyundai and not a Subaru and I did not want to hold him up or any other customers up but he insisted I kept my car there to get my oil changed. For him to not know I was a former employee and to make sure everything I wanted to done to my car was completed, and within an hour, really made me happy and want to go back to Subaru to get my car serviced all the time. Al was very accommodating and wanted to help me and that is what customer service is all about! I recommend with the new service employees for everyone to get their car serviced here whether they have a Subaru or not! More
