Disappointed that technician missed the parking brake problem while the rear brakes were being replaced causing a 1 - 2 day delay to remove rear brake assemblies again to fix problem. On the other hand B problem while the rear brakes were being replaced causing a 1 - 2 day delay to remove rear brake assemblies again to fix problem. On the other hand Bob was very accommodating by keeping me up to date and giving me a loaner vehicle. I will return to Concordville for service More

Coming from work I hit a piece of metal that fell off a truck on the expressway. My tire was SHREDDED. I called another Nissan dealership that wasn’t accommodating and didn’t seem to care.
