I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and was in an out in a reasonable amount of time and felt that the amount charged was fair. Waited 3hrs and 15 mins for an oil change and inspection and to have my car hosed off..was supposed to be washed..Still very dirty..then told I need $2,900.00 in recommendations..i have 29,000 miles on my c and to have my car hosed off..was supposed to be washed..Still very dirty..then told I need $2,900.00 in recommendations..i have 29,000 miles on my car..i'll get tires and brakes somewhere else..thats outrageous! The new waiting room is disgusting chairs torn and dirty no water or snack machine's ..salemen constantly walking thru it..not a good experience! More
