I priced out the parts and services elsewhere and the markup on a $325 part was ridiculous. It equates to $1100 for labor which is crazy. I was very impressed by how much the service manager cared about me and my care. My car leaked oil after an oil change . When I called about it, the service department sent a truck to take my car to the cared about me and my care. My car leaked oil after an oil change . The service manager even came to my house to get the oil off of my garage floor. That is what I call service! I really feel like a valued customer. More
