Merry Christmas! I was very pleased with my experience at Moss Honda. I purchased a Honda Civic for my daughter. As any woman is (I can say that, since Im a woman) she I was very pleased with my experience at Moss Honda. I purchased a Honda Civic for my daughter. As any woman is (I can say that, since Im a woman) she was very indecisive of what she wanted. We went back and fourth on any car you can imagine. We had the help of Mr Jaron Guidry...which was a lifesaver for us. He was the only one out of the many dealerships we went to to actually pay attention to my daughter. The two of them complied a list of her favorite things in a vehicle, and he helped her narrow it down. Other salesmen would just simply try to sell us whatever they thought we needed. Thank-You to Moss Honda staff and Jaron for helping two crazy females actually decide on something!! :) We appreciate your patience with us and understanding of my daughters preferences in a vehicle. Although she is only 19, I believe she now has a better understanding of how to purchase a vehicle with the help and guidance of Mr Guidry. Merry Christmas Moss Honda!! More

CROOKED SERVICE! On 11 Nov 2016, I took my 2011 Honda Odyssey in for a Road Trip Inspection prior to going on a vacation with my family. I had been noticing a shaking On 11 Nov 2016, I took my 2011 Honda Odyssey in for a Road Trip Inspection prior to going on a vacation with my family. I had been noticing a shaking in my steering wheel when I would brake, but I did not specifically mention that to the service technician because I knew the brakes should be checked during this inspection. At the completion of my inspection, the only services that were recommended to me were to have the transmission fluid and BRAKE fluid changed as well as the cabin air filter. I should have known then that something wasn't right since I had just changed the cabin air filter within the last few months. Anyways, I had the recommended fluids changed and trusted the work was completed correctly. My family and I made a safe trip to northern Kentucky which was only by the grace of God because on our way back I decided to take our vehicle to Firestone to have the alignment checked and adjusted. On the way there I noticed the steering wheel was still shaking when I braked, so I decided to ask them to specifically check the brakes. I was very surprised to find out that my rear brake pads were almost non-existent, measuring at 1 mm on the right and 2 mm on the left. I called Moss Honda to inquire about the specific results of my Road Trip Inspection and was told that the front brake pads were measured at 7 mm and the rear pads at 8. I am not a mechanic, but I do know that 8mm thickness on a brake pad is almost brand new and barring some mechanical complication within the braking system that going from 8mm to 1mm in a total of 2,000 miles is nearly impossible. I am currently in the process of pursuing a refund of my service costs. More
Ridiculous Service On Monday, November 14, 2016 I called Moss Honda to let them know what my issue was with my vehicle which I purchased from them and was told i had to On Monday, November 14, 2016 I called Moss Honda to let them know what my issue was with my vehicle which I purchased from them and was told i had to bring my car in, so i did. My battery is under warranty and I've been having trouble with it in the mornings, I have to get my car jump started. Once I get the car jump started and drive all the way to Moss Honda it read that my battery is good. I've taken my car to two different places and was told I have a bad battery and need to replace it. I drives back to Moss Motor for on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. Due to warranty if it doesn't read bad it can't be replaced. I think this is BS if you see the something is wrong when you test the battery several times within 1 hour and just because it doesn't read what the computer needs it to read to be under warranty. Computer system is not always right, we need more people in the world that will work and make judgment instead of letting the computers do all the work. I understand every business has rules to follow but this is ridiculous to have to go back to the dealership two day is the row, needless to say one of the service advisor tells you to bring it in they will make sure you get what you need "make it read BAD" and they're not there working that did can be very frustrating . It just seems to me being that my car is paid out and is not under the dealership warranty everytime I go to Moss Motors its an issue. We need more workers that give customer service and treat the customers as if they were that customer. Its the customers that allows you to have a job at Moss Motors. Remember all customers are the say no matter what color of skin, race, or gender. Thanks to all those employee to do care just those that lack work ethic make it bad for the company. More

My previous car had been deemed a total loss from water damage from the flood and they made sure that purchasing this new vehicle was a pleasant experience for me. I not only wanted a new honda civic 2016, but I wanted a very specific body style and color. They made it happen. Thank you moss motors honda, and a million thank yous to Jaron Guidry for going above and beyond to make this deal happen for me to put me in my dream car! Jaron was so polite, informative, and respectful. I will absolutely be recommending Jaron an Moss to friends and family that are in search of buying a vehicle. More

Jaron Guidry is a very personable sales associate and he made the whole experience as easy as possible. Jaron Guidry was my sales consultant and despite all the stress of me trying to make a decision, he was EXTREMELY patient with me. He didn't rush or try to pressure me into getting the car. He worked so hard to get me a good deal. He was very helpful and not to mention funny. I highly recommend him to anyone because he's great at what he does. I'm absolutely in love with my car and have not one bad thing to say about it or my experience there. More

He is a NO pressure salesman who was an my advocate in the car shopping experience. He listened to my needs, answered my questions, offered valuable information, and was patient and supportive during the entire process. This was the best car-buying experience I have EVER had, and I have had my share! Not only was the pricing fair, Moss Honda gave me a terrific trade-in value on my 2013 Accord!
