Three times to meet expectations, three times failed We brought our CPO Jetta in for leaking oil. They said there was no leak. When we brought it back for Warranty service they said there was a leak - We brought our CPO Jetta in for leaking oil. They said there was no leak. When we brought it back for Warranty service they said there was a leak - then kept the car for days on end. When the car started leaking oil again 2 months later they claimed the gasket was defective (more likely installed improperly). They promised to have the car back by Friday Saturday the latest - when we called on Friday they said by end of day Sat. Called at noon today and said they didn't think they could have it done today - a real problem because we made plans based on their promise. All these jobs have "Book Hour". so they only issue here is commonwealth poor scheduling. Pro tip: When the car is in for the third time for the same issue - try to exceed the simple expectations you set by having the car ready but the time YOU promised it... or better yet before it is promised. More

They gave us a good price for our trade-in vehicle coming up to the end of lease. Being from NH I had to return after getting NH DMV temp plates. The initial sales and purchase agreement had gone so well I was ready for the finance office to be awful and start to double back on the deal along with a bunch of up selling pressure. To my surprise this was not the case. The sale went smoothly and was a pleasure from beginning to rolling off the lot. I can't recommend this dealership enough. Don't go here So I brought my car for an alignment and wheel balance and due to some shaking and pulling to the left. $180 and 2 hours later I get in my car and boo So I brought my car for an alignment and wheel balance and due to some shaking and pulling to the left. $180 and 2 hours later I get in my car and boom, still the same ohh shacking just a little worse and still pulls to theft. On top that they put a scuff on my side view mirror. So upset and disappointed with the outcome and overall service received at this place I completely understand why they where the only VW dealership with so many xxxx appointment openings.
