This dealership is full of great customer service reps, but not all of them seem to have a lot of Auto knowledge. More than a few times our dealer didn't know the answer to basic car questions. Looked at several different car brands and liked the new Passat after a visit to Commonwealth VW we came to terms on a SE model Passat. But had some second thoughts when we got home based on a test drive J Passat after a visit to Commonwealth VW we came to terms on a SE model Passat. Called Josh the next day and let him know what we were thinking he asked us to come back in and see what he could do. We ended up leasing the CC which we could not be happier with, right within our budget. More
