This is what buying a car should be. As I told them at Commonwealth VW, I am giving them not only my business but my highest rating in part because the other dealers were so bad. I had done my research and knew just what model and equipment I wanted. I emailed three dealers, two of which I had visited for a test drive the summer before. Paula Mattucci at Commonwealth got back to me immediately with a price list and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally and, most importantly, without any BS. Her price was thousands lower than the other dealers who were trying to offer me cars I didn't want (I have the feeling that they only half read my emails.) When I got back to the States (I had been teaching abroad for the school year) Josh Palmieri had the car ready exactly as I ordered it. On delivery Josh went through the car's features and controls very professionally and the deal was done. Friendly, professional, straightforward, no BS at Commonwealth VW. It is what buying a car should be. More

Do not take your vehicle there to be serviced - New to 60,000 miles of service visits - issues every time - I've never experienced anything like this before with the vehicles I've owned - minor issues but 60,000 miles of service visits - issues every time - I've never experienced anything like this before with the vehicles I've owned - minor issues but enough to cost you time and aggravation to life threatening ones lug nuts left loose on serviced tires - One time I had just had new tires put on the car - drove it 15 miles right to the dealership to have scheduled service - somehow a tire wall got slashed and they tried to blame it on me and or the company that installed them - I had to fight to get them to replace - and when they finally did, service manager made a point to tell me that because of their 'generosity that I was to not mention the incident when getting the follow-up service quality control questionnaire - fyi i lost a tire due to the lug nut incident - they accepted no blame and downplayed the seriousness of what could have happened... And were not at all concerned that they were loosing a customer and would be getting negative feedback. Things must be going very well for Charlie Daher and Commonwealth Motors to throw away loyal customers like they did my husband and I. More
