Not only did he make several phone calls on my behalf, he assured my wife that he would get her into her favorite vehicle, a 2018 Jetta Wolfsburg Edition. While the paperwork was processing, knowing that a vehicle was needed that day, Benny paid for a 3 day rental thru Enterprise until the new vehicle was ready. Way too kind! Mike Carerro was extremely knowledgeable in the features of the ‘18 Jetta during the test drive. He offered an extended test drive, and a full walk around of the vehicle and what it had to offer. My family now plans to shop for their next vehicle at Commonwealth, simply based on the professionalism and knowledge of these two gentlemen. By far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle I knew exactly what I wanted to buy, I found a Toyota Tacoma at Commonwealth Motors. I went up to to test drive the truck and he had ready and waiting outside the door. He is straight shooter , he knew my price range and never ONCE tried to get me to look at a more expensive truck ( where do you find that these days). He understood this was truck I wanted. I am a person who hates to kept waiting, every appointment I made with Anthony to complete the purchasing process was kept right on time. I am an older person and Anthony took so much time explaining all the features in truck as I was intermediately intimidated by all the new technology, When I asked if there was a second key I was told there most likely was and if not the I was told that a spare key would be made- no questions asked- no cost. They did have the second key from the previous owner. Anthony went so far as to cancel my old license plates for me!!! My experience with Benny Brighi was incredible. After he explained the various warranties I could buy, I declined and that was it, there no sales pitching or trying to talk me into it ( where do you also find that these days). I picked my truck up, Anthony had every document ready, the owners manuals, my registration, my plates, the truck was spotless, inspected and I literally was out of there in less than 45 minutes. I cannot say enough about Anthony and the team, this entire experience ran like clock work. Regardless of the fact Commonwealth says " Shop them last", I would recommend to anyone to not waste your time anywhere else, and " Shop them first" More
