Hans was very helpful and professional, and has a great personality. Hans walked us through everything we needed to know in order to make a decision to buy the Atlas, after a test drive we were sold on the Atlas. We then proceeded to talk to Hans about buying a used car for our daughter, and how difficult it was to find a used car. Hans then showed us a few new Jetta's that he had and the price was the same as some of the used cars we were looking at, he even mentioned the idea of leasing and the benefits of leasing. Hans once again helped us make and informed decision, we decided to lease a 2019 Volkswagon Jetta for our daughter. If it wasn't for Hans and his knowledge, professionalism and kind demeanor, I don't think we would have bought and leased 2 vehicles in one day! I would definitely recommend Hans to others.. Excellent Overall I shopped a VW Atlas all over the state. Commonwealth gave me the best deal overall & honored the trade-in value they said they would give, which was I shopped a VW Atlas all over the state. Commonwealth gave me the best deal overall & honored the trade-in value they said they would give, which was huge. Anthony Vancini is probably the best car salesman I have ever encountered. Respectful, knowledgeable & professional. Benny gave the typical F&I hard sell which I always dread, but is pretty typical for F&I. The only negatives I can think of are: 1) No Electronic Vehicle Registration so you have to come back for a sticker/registration & you can't get new plates & drive the same day. I haven't run into this in many years so I didn't realize dealers were still doing this since it's 2018. 2) The tacky Commonwealth badge that is put in the most conspicuous of places on all their cars. It's foam tape & took me 20 min. to remove. If it was down a bit lower I would just leave it, but it totally ruins the look of the car so it had to go. 3) Inventory is very limited, but they had what we wanted but definitely less than many other VW dealers. More
