This was the only dealership that I visited due to the fact that my parents had purchased through Commonwealth. Overall, the experience was good, since it was the first time buying a car. I was a bit disappointed finding out at pick up that the car did not come with car mats; and I did not realize the extra steps that I needed to take to get the temporary plates, registration, etc. since I reside in NH. I love the car... I have had Nissans in the past. Bob was helpful. The finance portion was very good. The gentleman I worked with was personable, was not pushy and explained everything in great detail. He put me at ease with making this purchase. I would return, when time comes to trade in.
