Went to Commonwealth to test drive a car thinking I was going to be purchasing a used car. After meeting and talking to Edgar I test drove a 2013 optima and loved it. I took my 2012 Kia Rio to Commonwealth Kia for an oil change. As soon as I pulled up to the service door I was greeted by Steve Mendonca. He took all my information discussed the work I wanted and put al change. As soon as I pulled up to the service door I was greeted by Steve Mendonca. He took all my information discussed the work I wanted and put all the paperwork together. He then welcomed me to take a seat in the waiting room. I found coffee and cookies that I helped myself to. The waiting room is spacious and computer friendly. My wait time was within an hour if not sooner. With the time I was waiting I was able to speak to Bob McLean about my visit to Kia. He as always was friendly and courteous. I was able to talk to him about a future purchase and felt very comfortaable with his recommendations. When my vehicle was ready Steve came and informed me of the service performed. I was brought to the cashiers office where I was given a friendly greeting and my transaction was quickly processed. My vehicle was parked in a convenient spot in the parking lot. Thank you Commonwealth Kia for being customer friendly. Ron More

My Wife and I both own Kia's she a 2005 Sedonna, I a 2006 Sportage we both have over One Hundred Throusand miles and we couldn't of ask for a better repair shop than at Commenwealth.
