My experience with Commonwealth Kia service has been excellent every time I have been there. They take the fear of going to the dealer or service right out of the picture. I know when I go in that everyone is going to treat me as the only person there until my service has been setup. The waiting room is very enjoyable and comfortable, with coffee and cookies usually. I am able to roam the sales floor without feeling I am being stalked and the salespeople are very friendly about answering any questions I may have. Bob Nerden greeted us when we entered the showroom. We wanted to look at a KIA but were just comparison shopping on that day. We needed to wait for our car due to my color choice but Bob stayed in contact with us and called us as soon as the car arrived. Both the showroom and the service hours are convenient.
