2nd time around! I had leased a Kia Optima 3 years ago from Commonwealth and was so happy with their service that I returned this week because my lease was expiring. I was met by Shaun Berryman and Bob Nerden when my daughter and I walked thru the door. I was on the fence about buying out my lease or leasing another Kia. I decided to lease for another 3 years. Commonwealth's service, knowledge and friendly atmosphere is wonderful. I don't feel any high pressure and it is a joy to deal with a car dealership that doesn't try to push you into something you don't want and has such friendly, easy going people. I left a very happy camper with my new Kia Optima. Thanks everyone for the wonderful experience. I'll see you again in 3 years!! :) On and by the way - LOVE the BELL!! Judy Delzingo More

Edgar Ayala is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I was interested in several different makes & models and he patiently showed me all the cars and answered all my questions. There was no pressure as I took some time to make my decision. The purchase process was very easy. The staff at Commonwealth did all the running and Edgar kept me updated on the status. When I picked up the car Edgar took all the time I needed for a full walk through and explanation of all the features. He has since followed up with me a couple of times. Kia Rio Oil Change I went in to get the oil changed on my Kia Rio that I bought there last year. This was the second Oil Change I have had there and both experiences wer I went in to get the oil changed on my Kia Rio that I bought there last year. This was the second Oil Change I have had there and both experiences were very positive. They were courteous and quick with the service. The first time I was slightly late and it was the last one of the day. Even though I was keeping them past closing, they were still really friendly and met my needs. This time I was the first appointment on a Saturday and again had a pleasant experience. I dropped my car walked around the lot for a little and checked out some cars. I came in knowing what cars I wanted to look at, but I didn't think I would become sold on a car that day.
