They cleared the code for bad catalyst converters and sold it to me without disclosure. When I drove it home chk engine light came on. My scan tool confirmed it and so did muffler shop. More

First, and most important, Mr Hobart bought his vehicle "as is". Like all of our customers who purchase pre-owned vehicles from us, he was offered a service contract (aka warranty). Unfortunately, he declined the offer. Prior to his purchase, we discussed the work we performed on the vehicle, and he decided to move forward with the purchase. Afterwards, we did not hear from Mr Hobart until two weeks after he purchased rthe vehicle. In his call to us, he informed us he had just spent a large amount of money on some parts of the the heater system. Unfortunately, we heard nothing about this until AFTER he incurred the repair expense. We of course don't have a crystal ball to see the future and we were as surprised as he was when we heard this. When he was asked what he wanted from us, he simply stated "I'm giving you a heads up". Not exactly sure what that meant, but it was clear we were never given the opportunity to address his concerns.  For our future customers, we certainly hope they take a different approach. Used automobile purchases are often challenging, especially with older models. We certainly aren't perfect, but we do everything we can within reason--and will often go beyond that point-- to make sure our customers are satisfied. We know that to be true because we do get our share of 5-star ratings. D. Seagle, Gen Mgr.

We were blind-sided by your review that came 2 1/2 years after your purchase in December, 2022. In fact, this is the first time we have heard of any issues you had with the truck. From our records, you purchased what we would consider an excellent warranty with the truck. While it appears the warranty expired in December, 2024, we are still surprised that you would submit a negative review after all this time.
