Amazing Experience I had previously purchased a truck from Columbine Ford so I knew it was a no brainer that I would go to them for help again for a new one. When I call I had previously purchased a truck from Columbine Ford so I knew it was a no brainer that I would go to them for help again for a new one. When I called, I was immediately connected to Robi Sifers, who I had not met previously, but instantly made me feel at ease. When I arrived to look at potential options, Robi was extremely diligent in making sure I would get the truck I wanted with the options I wanted. She would not rest until everything was perfect. Even after when I wanted after market products, which she meticulously made sure I got the right equipment, she would constantly update me and keep me in the loop. She has the best attitude in the world and I am so pleased she went the extra mile for me.
