Kenn was patient, straight forward and wasn’t pushy. We spent all day at the dealership trying to push the price down on a new truck and trying to get what we want out of our trade in. We left after 8 hours! (9pm) with a deal on a brand new 2018 F150 XLT. We got a great deal (especially in our trade in. I’m sure people have had bad experiences here just like anywhere, but our experience was great. Brandon the manager (also a cattle rancher) and Tina in finance were very helpful and friendly as well. I had never met anyone who works here before coming in and they feel like friends now. Come in here knowing what you want, be realistic, have a plan, and you’re probably going to get what you want. I honestly didn’t think I’d buy a pickup because our budget plan was tight. Doesn’t matter, they made it work. Kenn and brandun worked together very well to make sure a deal happened, and they easily could have moved on to another buyer given that they were busy and we were stubborn about our price point. We went to Glenwood Springs first and those guys were nice too but they didnt seem as interested in getting a deal to work. Columbine ford in rifle is the place to go.
