Here we go again, yippie! Here we go again, just bought another truck, (I think my 4th, from Josh) F-350 Super Duty 2017. It doesn't seem to matter what dilemma I bring to Josh in sales, he sits down with me and we figure out how we can solve my needs. Then he send me to "Tina" in finance, and she had all the paperwork in order and was willing to explain all the questions I had. She got me in and out within about 45-minutes. Josh got me in a fantastic beautiful tough black beauty! I am driving the p--- out of this truck, I just love it. I have loaded the truck bed and it pulled my loaded trailer and you couldn't even tell it was loaded to the gills. I especially love how Josh got me this truck with the quiet but strong Turbo 6.7 liter, unbelievable power!!!! I know I have bought other trucks but I am well pleased with this latest one. I can't believe I drive all the way from Grand Junction to Rifle to buy truck, even though we have a Ford Dealer here in Grand Junction, that should speak volumes of how I am pleased with Columbine Ford. Online Truck Purchase I worked with Stan at Columbine ford after finding a vehicle online. Not being local to the area, I was not able to just drive down to the dealership I worked with Stan at Columbine ford after finding a vehicle online. Not being local to the area, I was not able to just drive down to the dealership to view the vehicle. Stan was great at describing the vehicle condition, keeping the lines of communication open, and most importantly, he was instrumental at helping me negotiate a price. He was not pushy or "salesy" making it easy to work with Columbine. On the night of my purchase, everyone stayed late to accommodate me. He has followed up with me on a couple occasion's after the sale as well to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend Columbine Ford Rifle. More

A great car buying experience!! I'm not much for writing reviews, but I have to take minute to say what a great experience I had buying my Raptor from Columbine Ford. It started out I'm not much for writing reviews, but I have to take minute to say what a great experience I had buying my Raptor from Columbine Ford. It started out with Brad Wilkins, I contacted him by email and trading a few emails with Brad I wanted to test drive the Raptor. In dealing with Brad I tried another Ford dealer in Denver first, after hours of trying to negotiate a deal with them it was hopeless. They couldn't or wouldn't come up with a price as good or better than I could get at Columbine Ford. I decided to visit Brad and see what kind of deal we could put together. My wife and I showed up and were greeted by Brad, My wife stayed behind while Brad and I went to look at the Raptor I came in to see, the truck had just come in, Brad let me know up front the truck had to go thru the inspection and cleaning process. The one thing that stuck out during the conversation was the fact that Brad let me know was that if we made a deal on the truck he would be glad to see that it was delivered to my home. My wife and I live about 2 1/2 hours from the dealership, I thought up front that was a very kind offer, doing what it took to make a customer happy. What a change from other dealerships I have dealt with. Brad and I were gone for a while, my wife was waiting for to return, Brandon Weeden was just fixing to bring my wife out to the garage Brad and I went out to when we returned, Brandon also seemed like a very nice individual We test drove a different color Raptor they had on the lot, Brad gave us a price on both vehicles, my wife liked the color better on the one we test drove, we made our deal on it. I got what I wanted for my trade in with no back and forth on the price. Brad cut thru the BS and gave me what I wanted right off the bat. Needless to say it didn't take long to make the deal, Brandon ran out credit ( which I forgot to take my credit freeze off two of my credit companies ) and before you know it he was able to get me financing, we were off to financing. I wanted to put money down plus my trade-in but forgot my check book. We got a loan for a great rate from Jake Bowen and went over Extended Warranty and a maintenance program. We signed paperwork and before long we were out the door and headed for home, not before everyone greeted us at the door too thank us for our business and to have a safe ride home. On the way home I remembered I signed up with a credit union when I purchased the truck I traded-in. The next day I wrote an email to Brad asking if we make other arrangements on a loan from the Credit Union. Remember, it was a Saturday when we bought the truck. The next thing you know on Monday Brad gave me a call saying they had no problem re-writing the contract for the paperwork to go thru my Credit Union. On top of that Brad offered to meet me half way to sign the new paperwork. It just doesn't get any better, between Brad, Brandon and Jake you couldn't ask for a better experience, if your taking the time to read this lengthy review you can see that Columbine Ford will bend over backwards to make your car buying experience a very positive one. Do yourself a favor if your looking for a vehicle and give Columbine Ford a call first, I think you'll be happy you did!! More
