Painless, fun experience My boyfriend Louis had been in the market for a new F-150 for a while, and we knew immediately after speaking with Robi at Columbine Ford that we woul My boyfriend Louis had been in the market for a new F-150 for a while, and we knew immediately after speaking with Robi at Columbine Ford that we would be making a purchase from her. She made it almost effortless by sending detailed videos of different trucks and addressing any questions we had before we even got to the dealership. Not to mention the value was by far the best we were able to find. By the time we made it to the dealership from Vail we were comfortable enough that we were ready to fill out paperwork and get the ball rolling immediately. Tina in finance was awesome and did a great job of making the process not only painless but comfortable and fun. Then to top it all off Lisa helped us get familiar with our new truck purchase and all the cool technology and features that came with it, which was an awesome touch. Great Experience Started a conversation in late 2017 about ordering a new 2018 when it became possible to do so. Kept checking their inventory online almost daily. She sent a link to a 2017 F-350 Plantinum, which was heavily discounted, and I went in, took a look and test drive, and bought it the following weekend.
