I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Focus with Columbine. I have to say I was treated very well, and very satisfied with my purchase. I have bought several vehicles from Columbine Ford over time. I was excited about trading a late model Ford on a new high performance Mustang. After 4 hours of negotiating the finance numbers that they gave me had an added $4000.00 for a warranty and other add ons.. Finding this out while sitting in the Finance office was wrong. Tim Evely really did not treat me with any respect, and really was nasty to his own Salesman. The 'little Ford Dealer' in Rifle is gone. I found out 2 days later that Rick Levine the owner for 20 years sold the Dealership to a Denver Dealer who replaced everyone in the Business. I went to Autonation and was treated better and saved $8432.00 More

I was introduced to Josh Bowen right away, and even though the truck I had wanted to look at had sold the night before, he had re-affirmed me that they would do whatever they could to get me into the right truck. After finding the right truck in my price range, they worked their dealer magic to make the financing work for me! After leaving the dealership I felt like I had left with an amazing new truck that I bought from friends, not just another dealership. I would absolutely recommend Columbine to all of my friends and family. It truly was an easy and fun car buying experience. More

We bought a used Kia Sportage from Columbine. Our financing was in place before we arrived, so we needed to drive the car and consider others before finalizing the deal. The very nice part of dealing with Jose Gomez is that he is relaxed and does not pressure a customer into a deal. Several times through the visit, he mentioned that the purchase was our decision and ours only and he completely understood if we decided to go another direction. We felt we could leave at any time and be on our way without a hassle. We took a long time to make a final decision about the car. It was really the only used car that fit our needs exactly, but we were reluctant to take out such a big loan. But, the good thing was that the financing people at the dealership had already lowered the price more than $2000 below Kelly Blue Book to get us financed. The original asking price for the car was just under $21,000, but they lowered it nearly $3000 to $18,000 to get the deal done. This gave us positive equity in the car the moment we signed the papers. Nevertheless, we may not have liked it or decided on something else. At this dealership, they had no problem letting us walk and shop for a car elsewhere. They provided the printed KBB.com blue book estimate, using the exact car's information and mileage. They showed us the finance amount with the kbb sheet, to show us that their final price was well below the kbb. So, had we purchased the car (and we did,) it was a no-brainer and we had all the information we needed. Their kbb was the same as that I got from my smart phone. Anyway, it was overall a great experience--completely unexpected at a car dealer. We had already been to a couple dealers who couldn't get us financed--or wanted 40 % down, but this dealership in Rifle, Colorado got our deal done painlessly. I still can't believe it. We're more than happy with the car, which still has 14,000 miles of full factory warranty on it, and 64,000 of power train warranty. So, we didn't have to buy an extended warranty when we bought the car. They got us into the car for the exact down payment and under the monthly payment we specified, for the car we wanted. What more can you ask for? They did their part. I would go back to this dealership in a heartbeat, and will look there for my next car, unless they just don't have it. It was a very, very smooth process, no pressure at all, and while we were waiting for our finance papers to be ready, they even paid for us to go and have a BBQ rib lunch. I'm certain our experience at Columbine was not unique. This is a very different car dealership. Dave and Maria More
