Columbine Ford has been our favorite Car Dealership for about 15 years, even though it's about 60 miles from our home it was well worth it. We met Stan Kutnicki a Sales Consultant at Columbine, a little over a year ago when we bought our new Eco-Boost truck, which by the way is awesome, and at that time Stan was very helpful in answering questions. We found our new Escape on-line and with a phone call to Stan, things started to move, and he went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. Stan is very friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, a man of his word and someone that we would highly recommend and ask for in the future. We love our Escape. On a pure whim, I was rummaging through some internet sites and came across some good prices on vehicles that I would have liked to own. Never even expecting a callback, I was called back later that afternoon by Jeremy Salazar who actually went to work for me. Even with my rough credit patch, he managed to get me into a vehicle that I really enjoy. He even went as far as to pick me up and drove me to the dealership which; was two and half hours away from my location. All in all I had a great experience dealing with Columbine ford, their entire staff helped get back on my feet and would recommend this establishment to anyone. From the time I walked onto the car lot to the time I drove off the lot, with my new Passat it was 3 1/2 hours!! There is not another dealership around that I know could do that. I finally have my dream car and it was all made possible with Dustin's help. All of the sales staff are very nice and friendly, always with a smile on their face and making sure that you are doing ok or need anything at all. When the deal was "done", the staff filled up the gas tank, washed and detailed the inside and outside of the car and gave it that "brand new car" feeling and smell. I was very impressed with the quality of work the detail shop/staff displayed, they really do like their work and it shows. Thank you Dustin, for making this the BEST EVER CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!
