Great Experience Overall I ordered my new Focus on 15 Jul 16. You wouldn't think this was a very good experience considering I didn't receive my car until near the end of Nov I ordered my new Focus on 15 Jul 16. You wouldn't think this was a very good experience considering I didn't receive my car until near the end of November, but this was through no fault of Columbine Ford. My sales reps kept me current on the status of my special order so I felt I knew as much as they did concerning the actual build time. Apparently, the factory stopped building the Focus in order to build more trucks, so any delay was with the factory, not the dealership. This was not a serious issue since I have other vehicles. Whether dealing with me over the phone or in person at the dealership, everyone I worked with was very professional, courteous and friendly. I'm glad I selected Columbine Ford to purchase my new car, even considering they are located more that an hour away from where I live. I highly recommend Robi, Mike and the rest the folks at Columbine Ford. More
