Now we have had a service call, and we live in Grand Junction. No problem, they gave us a loaner truck and took care of us like family. So nice. Aaron at the service desk was very informative about our truck and discussed the problem ( in our case it was slow heating ) then took care of it and checked the truck out. Called and gave us the good news. Good experience. More

I mistook the name on the phone so when we arrived there was a little confusion getting the right person but everyone was so friendly and courteous in the process. I have been buying cars for 45 years and this ranks right up at the top of those experiences. Ravi Dukes was absolutely fantastic to work with. He listen to my want list and my concerns and guided me in the right direction until I got a beautiful new pick up with just what I wanted for accessories. The whole staff was friendly, introducing themselves, making sure we were comfortable and explained all the steps as we went along. All in all I cannot thing of a better experience since we moved to Colorado More
