Bought a used Ford Flex I had been searching the Web for several weeks for just the right vehicle to haul my family of 5 around in and found a 2011 Ford Flex at Columbine For I had been searching the Web for several weeks for just the right vehicle to haul my family of 5 around in and found a 2011 Ford Flex at Columbine Ford. Drove about 40 miles to Rifle to look at this vehicle. It is in excellent condition. The sale was very quick and easy. It is the second Ford I have bought from Columbine Ford in the last few years and both were in excellent shape inside and out. Staff is friendly, helpful, and last, but certainly not least, they are not pushy. They even threw in a nice Ford coffee mug and a full tank of fuel! More
Horrible!!! Avoid doing any business here!!!!! I had very horrible experiences at CF!! Most importantly the used car sales manager MATT DOES SKETCHY BUSINESS!!!!! I bought a used Nissan Murano from I had very horrible experiences at CF!! Most importantly the used car sales manager MATT DOES SKETCHY BUSINESS!!!!! I bought a used Nissan Murano from Columbine Ford. My experience with my sales person was fine and I did but the car in the end. BUT when negotiating the price for my trade in and price for the Nissan, Matt and I came to the agreement that they would give me $12,000 for my car and sell me the Nissan for $21,000 yay!! BUT when he drew up the paperwork he put $11,800 for the trade and $23,000 for the Nissan...WHAT!!??? ( Not sure if this is just how he does business or if it was because he was freaking with 2 women!!) Then when I called him on it he tried to tell me that he didn't say that... Again WHAT!!??? He started talking numbers saying why he wouldn't have said that. I said "it doesn't matter what you're saying now, you said $21,000!!!" He very sketchily made me go to $21,500 with 10 free oil changes ($199 value). This is NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!! This dealership has a great reputation which will be quickly ruined if this is the way they allow their used sales manager to operate!! Another sales person even came up to me after all was said and done and apologized for Matt, saying he heard the whole thing including when he agreed to $21,000. By the way, this was all after he saw us with shakes and whined that we should have gotten one for him, as he does the numbers after all... We had gone back to get him a shake before this shifty transaction. What's more, they made me a temporary plate for my trade in NOT my new car! They also had my name spelled wrong and address meaning I had to drive from Carbondale and back to Rifle multiple times ~50 min one way each time! The GM did eventually get me the original offered price and have an associate meet me in Glenwood for one of the paperwork needs. Jose, my sales guy was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. He really worked to get me what I want. Though he did not help when I needed the back up with the Matt issues. Tina in Accounting was lovely, knows get business and can get great rates! UPDATE Steering went out in the car after 3,200 miles driven. Columbine Ford offered no help. Nothing, not even a "sorry, maybe we could do 15% off service or something". $1,600+ bill on a car I've owned for 4 months. No help. Bad Business again!!!! PS. I recently received a letter thanking me for my loyalty and purchase saying that enclosed is a $20 gift certificate. It was not enclosed. These guys are shifty, bad Business, bad sales, people. I plan on pricing an Explorer next and will go anywhere but here. I would not recommend them EVER. IN FACT AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!! More
I love my car! When I called Columbine ford and told them I was a single mom with low income and an unsafe car, I honestly didn't think I would get approved. Not onl When I called Columbine ford and told them I was a single mom with low income and an unsafe car, I honestly didn't think I would get approved. Not only did I feel the whole dealership made sure I got out of my unsafe car and into a better car, but into a great little used car for a great price! I'm so happy with my first time buying experience there and with everything Angelo, Ravi and Tina did to help my little family, I will always get my cars at Columbine Ford. More
Review for Robi Sifers Sales Associate, which is very good The reason I came to Dealership was to see if I could get into a vehicle. We love our new car! The staff at Columbine were willing to work with us on price to help us get the vehicle we wanted. They gave us a fair price on our trade in. I live in Denver so looked all around the dealerships, every Ford dealership, within 100 miles of my home. Probably half of them didn't have anything on their lots that interested me, a handful had vehicles that were close so I contacted those dealers. Honestly, they all just wanted too much $$$ for a used vehicle. I was looking at ones with about 20,000 - 30,000 miles on them and when you compared the price they were asking to a suggested value I should be able to buy that vehicle for, they were all on the high end. At that point I decided to look at new 2016's still on the lots, again I found a couple dealers with them but they were holding high on price. I had come across Columbine Ford in my searches but had not really considered them as they are almost 200 miles from my house, and would require a drive over Vail pass and through the tunnel. But I looked on their webpage anyway and they had a great deal on their remaining 2016 F150's that were brand new. I contacted them, Jill responded, and was very easy to work with, gave me all kinds of time on the phone and email asking questions, and within a couple days I was driving out to get my new vehicle. Fantastic price, great sales experience, wonderful team there at Columbine. I met several of the other salesman, Brandon, the Finance team, even the guy back at the parts counter and they were all just great quality people. Don't look at this dealership and think "little town" - think of it as a great selection that happens to be in a small town, so they bring small town values to the table - honesty, a handshake means something, won't try to play games with you. I will 100% buy my next vehicle here as well, and have already recommended them to several folks I know that might buy a car soon. 5 of 5 stars with no hesitation! Oh and this was awesome, I'm sitting there, great deal on my truck all signed and ready to go to Finance, and Stan, another salesman, wanders by and introduces himself. He asked what I traded in, I told him, and he went over and figured out a way to get me another $750 in savings beyond what I'd already agreed too. How many times have you ever bought a car and had them finding ways to decrease your price after you've already agreed on a deal??? Right - never. But this is the kind of values Columbine Ford brings to the table, it's a very nice car buying experience. More

Since the weather was terrible outside we suggested that the floor model we purchased only have interior detailing - the detailing seemed a bit rushed - probably since it was getting late on a wintry Saturday night.
