My family would like to thank the staff, especially Korey Cranor and Brandun Weeden at Columbine Ford for the outstanding service we received on December 15, 2016. After looking for a larger SUV in Denver for 2 months, we saw an online ad and drove the 80 miles (one way) to Columbine Ford with two grandparents (our babysitters and car critics) and a 10 month old. Impressions of Columbine Ford were kindness, jeans, hats, cowboy boots...the salesman and service matched the clients! Yes. This is a ranching and mountain community.  Western slope is not Denver.  Denver was not as relaxed and quick to sell.   We choose not to purchase at two dealerships in Denver and waited.   We bought our Ford Expedition XL (our third family Ford) from Korey because he was no pressure, wearing jeans and cowboy boots, gave us space, gave us hot water for a baby bottle, showed us the play area for the baby to crawl, was patient with the family and test drive, offered an honest opinion and was trustworthy. We had choices and we made it here at Columbine Ford.  Columbine was trusting of our needs, choices and personal knowledge.  We needed a truck but with lots of seating and storage too. The trust was mutual. Columbine gained 2 families of new customers.  They gave us a very fair trade in value and helped get a surprisingly difficult Yamika bike rack off the trade in. They were patient. We will be back for another purchase. We love our choice of car and this dealership.  It was worth the 160 miles round trip.   Thank you for the service.
