Treated Like a Friend! Stopped in and saw John Kufleitner (owner). Told him I was ready to trade. He directed me to Clay Campfield. Upon hearing of my needs/interests Cla Stopped in and saw John Kufleitner (owner). Told him I was ready to trade. He directed me to Clay Campfield. Upon hearing of my needs/interests Clay and John began looking for possible vehicles that would be right for me. We stayed in touch. Eventually I broadened my range of vehicle styles and soon Clay contacted me with a car I would not have thought of. It turned out to be just right! In dealing with Clay I feel as though I have a new friend. His experience and insights assisted me greatly in deciding whether the car would be right for me. SUGGESTION: I read a lot of car advice before going through the process, i.e. Edmunds, Kelley, etc. Yet I ALWAYS feel like I am playing on the visitors turf when I get into the finance office to close the deal. I think dealers should offer a "prep" station where an assistant or even a video tutorial could prepare the buyer for questions he/she will encounter at the close of the deal. I felt completely, totally ill-at-ease when confronted with the numbers and options regarding extended warranties and other add-ons. Nothing I had studied had prepared me for this. I'm sure I am not alone when it comes to this part of the deal. That said, Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and patient, although his friendly demeanor seemed to wane considerably when I declined warranties. There was my car parked out front sparkling clean and hand waxed. I will never forget seeing my car in person for the first time. They also had a Large selection of other challengers and chargers in a variety of colors and they even had the dodge demon on the lot . Wow !
