Bad experience made better Purchased a used vehicle assuming it had gone through the service department prior to taking delivery. When I realized it hadn't, I contacted my sales Purchased a used vehicle assuming it had gone through the service department prior to taking delivery. When I realized it hadn't, I contacted my salesman, John Metz. He proceeded to tell me that sometimes vehicles go out without being serviced. I was advised to bring the vehicle back to the service dept. and they would change the oil and address the items wrong with the vehicle. When I brought the vehicle in, they changed the oil and told me the vehicle needed brake pads and that the rotors needed replaced. Shortly afterward, I was advised that they would only do the pads, not the rotors. It was at this time I realized I was on my own, as Mr. Metz (who was my best bud prior to the sale) totally ignored me, not expressing the least little bit of concern or even communicating with me. As I was waiting for the repairs, Mr. Kufleitner got involved, and had the service dept. make the necessary repairs. Thank you Mr. Kufleitner ! More
