We bought our vehicle at the end of 2017, and since we bought it, the passenger side seat belt alarm goes off even with no weight on the seat. I mentioned it at our first service appointment and was told bought it, the passenger side seat belt alarm goes off even with no weight on the seat. I mentioned it at our first service appointment and was told she wasn't sure how much weight needed to be on the seat for the sensor. Since then, I've brought it up a few more times and each time they didn't seem to care. Only this last time, did they actually do something. Come to find out it needs a new seat cushion which will now cost me $770 to fix since its not covered under r r warranty. The vehicle is already getting close to 100k so my husband and I do not think it is worth fixing. I think after we bought it, I mentioned it to the sales guy and he told me to check with service. I will never go back to Columbia Ford/Kia for another vehicle though. More

Vehicle brought in for recall work. Which was done unfortunately it took a week as they waited for parts when they had a week lead time. No rental offered and they found 1700 dollars of repairs that w unfortunately it took a week as they waited for parts when they had a week lead time. Oil Changes I am always very impressed by the waiting area and comfortable space to relax while we wait. People are friendly, seem to work with purpose, take time I am always very impressed by the waiting area and comfortable space to relax while we wait. People are friendly, seem to work with purpose, take time to say hello and smile, You can't see their smiles right now but you see there eyes smile and cheeks go up. LOLOL. GOOD SERVICE Always have good service over the years. Only complaint this time was going to have oil change, tire rotation and transmission fluid change. Was told it would be an hour and a half to do, after waiting for that amount of time was told they do not do transmission fluid change there. A long time for an oil change and tire rotation. More
