Had a horrible service experience. We brought our 2021 car in for the first service and the next morning had a puddle of oil under the car. Service manager Mike explained it was a bad nylon washer, but the drain plug does not even have a nylon washer!. No one would take responsibility for the mistake of not tightening the drain plug correctly. I understand that mistakes happen, but not owning up to it is unacceptable. More

I'm not the kind of person that writes reviews, but when I received the email asking about my experience I actually was happy to respond. Our business is not close to Columbia Ford, so I first called a cou I received the email asking about my experience I actually was happy to respond. Our business is not close to Columbia Ford, so I first called a couple other dealers closer to our shop to get a recall taken care of. It was like talking to a person in a call center, they push you right through not really caring about you, just wanting to book an appointment that suits them. Also, no one could not give me an idea how long the fix would take, they just said "you'll need to leave the truck for the day". So I avoided making an appointment because of the inconvenience of giving up my vehicle for the day. I happened to be at Columbia Ford recently looking at another vehicle, I asked the sales person (John Senick) about my recall, if he knew how long it would take. He jumped right on it and walked me right to the Service Department. There I met with Fernando Cruz he looked up the recall, checked on the part, scheduled me for an early morning appointment on a day that was convenient for me. I showed up for my appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. They had worked around my schedule and most importantly did not take my vehicle for the day. Recent experience with my 2008 Ford F150 has been less than what I expected. I understand the after market Mass airflow sensor and MAP sensor failing but to still have more extension issues occuring short than what I expected. I understand the after market Mass airflow sensor and MAP sensor failing but to still have more extension issues occuring shortly after driving the vehicle off the lot is hard to understand. The tech actually forget to reconnect the powersteering pressure switch which turned out to be only issue of what was later discovered that has led to the recent diagnose and repair currently being performed. The service department has been good regarding physically coming out to pickup my truck and saving me the trip from having to dropped it off on Monday February 22, 2021 however the vehicle is still being evaluated for repair as of Friday February 26, 2021. This has lessen my confidence in the repair techs as you might image. Bobby has taken a real personal interest in my situation and that is greatly appreciated and my frustration is in anyway with him and his commitment to me as a customer. More
Bobby E worked with Ford to get my (heated) steering wheel replaced, and I was in and out in less than an hour or so. He worked around my schedule, I had lunch in the Cafe and was able to get some work wheel replaced, and I was in and out in less than an hour or so. I was most impressed with the sanitary measures that the dealership takes. My bill also was more than reasonable. Columbia ford does a good job in the shop however ripped me off. I paid then a week later Columbia ford withdrew money from my account a second time for the same service. Taking from someones account withou me off. I paid then a week later Columbia ford withdrew money from my account a second time for the same service. Taking from someones account without permission is considered fraud and should be handled as such. Just to be clear, the people you are making me rate are not all the people i worked with in service. Also I’ve only worked with one of the sales people shown. More
