Charged for in detail diagnosis when my other shop was no charge, then proceeds to try and take advantage of me by charging/ quoting more than double for the parts and labor. They've lost my respect and bus charge, then proceeds to try and take advantage of me by charging/ quoting more than double for the parts and labor. They've lost my respect and business. Not happy. The oil change itself went ok but the technician could not reset the car's computer to reflect the oil change. Was told I needed to come back for repairs.......already! I don't live nearby so not sure ho not reset the car's computer to reflect the oil change. Was told I needed to come back for repairs.......already!
