Recent experience with my 2008 Ford F150 has been less than what I expected. I understand the after market Mass airflow sensor and MAP sensor failing but to still have more extension issues occuring short than what I expected. I understand the after market Mass airflow sensor and MAP sensor failing but to still have more extension issues occuring shortly after driving the vehicle off the lot is hard to understand. The tech actually forget to reconnect the powersteering pressure switch which turned out to be only issue of what was later discovered that has led to the recent diagnose and repair currently being performed. The service department has been good regarding physically coming out to pickup my truck and saving me the trip from having to dropped it off on Monday February 22, 2021 however the vehicle is still being evaluated for repair as of Friday February 26, 2021. This has lessen my confidence in the repair techs as you might image. Bobby has taken a real personal interest in my situation and that is greatly appreciated and my frustration is in anyway with him and his commitment to me as a customer. More

Bobby E worked with Ford to get my (heated) steering wheel replaced, and I was in and out in less than an hour or so.
