Mary Fish was great. If I was to purchase form Columbia Ford again I would prefer going through her, she doesn't have the stereotypical pushy sales person personality. Charged for in detail diagnosis when my other shop was no charge, then proceeds to try and take advantage of me by charging/ quoting more than double for the parts and labor.
