Purchased a brand new truck, on Would not recommend them Lack of attention in most areas. Then they will call and text non stop for a good review. Purchased a brand new truck, on the test drive, check engine light was on. I told the salesperson and was told it would be taken care of, picked it up ( I live over 2 hours away) still on. I've been purchasing ford's for 32 years, this truck was replacing one in our fleet because I wanted to avoid downtime as I am a contractor and extremely busy. Now I have to lose a day (I hope that's all) to address the problem that should've never left the dealer. I get things break, but to. Are matters worse the salesperson called and texted me sometimes 3x a day begging for a 5 star review. If they wanted 5 stars they should've earned it. I could go on and on about other issues in communication. Look elsewhere in my opinion. More

Recently got the 2021 Bronco. I love it more than I could imagine. Jonathan and Eric have been so great and willing to help with any little thing to ensure I am totally satisfied with my purchase. Jake made sure to answer any and all questions I had about breaking down the pricing, and he made the signing process not feel like a chore.
