John, thanks for the candid review. We understand that communication can be difficult and is normally the cause of issues, either miscommunication or lack thereof. In this case, yes, Jake in our Finance department went wrong by not returning your call the same day after you left a voicemail, I will agree with you there. (He did leave a message the following 2 days for you PRIOR to your scheduled pickup date. The day you left a message for the Finance Department was the SAME day you had already spoken with your sales consultant Ryan and the sales manager Jimmie with whom you had months of conversations with leading up to your custom order F150 arriving at our door step. I guess my confusion is, why wouldn't you simply call back and request to speak with Jimmie or send him a text as you had been in October, November, December and January. You stated you drove 2 hours and 40 minutes to see the truck "dirty" at 10:45, that truck was in the wash bay starting at 10:19am and rolled out at 11;10 (per my camera system) at no time did I see your truck with MASS tags roll through the lot, from 8am until 11:30am, I do believe we are not the ones bending the truth. It is not reasonable to drive 2 hours and 40 minutes to say you "saw the truck" at 10:45 when I have clear proof that didn't happen. That truck was prepped and ready to go for you at your scheduled time to pickup at 11:00. Jake in finance called you back in response to your message the following 2 days after you left a voicemail for him. Jimmie called you after he found out you were upset, Jared (other sales manager) called and emailed you in the trailing days. I have personally left you 3 voicemails of which you have not returned. Business is a 2 way street. Leave all the bad reviews you want but we have tried to be nothing but helpful. We did everything a normal person would expect us to do, gave you a more-than-reasonable deal, stayed in communication, setup your scheduled time to arrive at the dealership and had the truck prepared for that time. Please keep your gaslighting to yourself and return my call for once, it goes both ways! Best, Eric
