Oil Change I was due for an oil change and have been too busy to get one scheduled. Top Notch Service As always from the time I made the appointment, to the time I arrived, had the car serviced and picked it up everything was top of the line service. Rachel kept me in the loop from the beginning to the end. When they discovered a needed fix beyond the normal service, to the left rear bearing, they completed the repair in record time so I could take my road trip. I so appreciate the customer service!! Ok-nothing special I was here for my first oil change, when I arrived there was a woman at the desk but she didn't actually start my paperwork until I was waiting for ab I was here for my first oil change, when I arrived there was a woman at the desk but she didn't actually start my paperwork until I was waiting for about 7 mins. I don't think she worked in service, but no service dept employees were around. My oil change was scheduled for 515 and I didn't leave until after 6, which is too long to wait for a simple service. Finally, the Ford website and my truck's internal tracking both say the oil change interval is 10,000 miles; however the technician have me a sticker stating the interval is 5000. In fairness I didn't notice the sticker until I got home and didn't get to ask the service writer. I'm not sure which is correct. Those negatives aside, the staff was very polite and professional and the shop and service area were very clean and comfortable. By fast the nicest waiting area I've been in. More
