They delivered my vehicle within the expected time frame. They arranged for me to have a rental during the time. Enterprise was there when I came in to drop my vehicle off. The process was seamless and staff there were great. It was a very welcoming site when I arrived there as I recognized most of the staff from 13 years prior when I had a major accident. They did a fabulious job then with my vehicle and did NOT disapoint me with their work this time around. The fact that the staff has been there for so many years, I feel as a customer, Gates and Columbia Ford take care of their employees and in turn they are top knotch with thier customer service and delivering on expectations.
