It got fixed I had my 2005 E250 van towed here after coming in and talking with Joe Berube and one of the mechanics about the problem i was having with it. I expla I had my 2005 E250 van towed here after coming in and talking with Joe Berube and one of the mechanics about the problem i was having with it. I explained that the van would start and run at low idle but sputtered and bogged out when it was in gear under a load. It was also showing the code for "Fuel rail pressure sensor" they did inform me that it most likely was not a bad sensor but a fuel delivery issue. Joe told me it would be approx $120.00 to have the computer diagnostics run on it, and that would pin point the problem. I was afraid to bring it to a smaller shop figuring they would simply start changing parts until they found the problem and then I'd be on the hook for all the parts swapped. They started first thing Mon morning with the computer diagnostics. The first hour went by and I got a call informing me that "They are having problems with the communications connection to the van ????." They said they still didn't have an answer and did I want them to continue with the diagnostics into the second hour as it will now be an additional $120.00. At this point what choice do I have so I OK'ed the additional hour. The second hour goes by and no call. So i call the service dept. and spoke with Shyann. I explained what was going on, she put me on hold and went out and spoke to the service tech assigned to the job. When she came back to the phone she told me "He was going to get back on it" that he was waiting for the OK to do so, which i had already given over an hour ago. It was only 15 minutes later I got a call from Gary Steady. He let me know that it was a bad fuel pump and with my OK they could have it done and ready to go by the end of the day. I told Gary to go ahead and fix it which they did and so far no problems. To sum it up, everyone I dealt with in the service department was very nice. I was a little soured by the "Additional Hour Charge" ($120.00) on the diagnostics as it was my understanding from the get go that it would only be an hour and they would have their answer. More

I ordered my truck and Steve always kept me informed the status of my truck and when it would be at the dealership. Once I picked up the truck, Steve contacted me to make sure I was happy with the truck and that if he could be of any further assistance. It turned out that I did need some assistance because once I got the truck home I noted one of the rims had been damage. Steve did not question the damage and advised me to bring the truck back so he could look at it. When I returned to the dealership Steve met me at the door(which is a "big" thing in my opinion) he immediately brought his Sales Manager, Jimmie Bietsch out to look at the damage. Jimmie did not question me about the damage, but apologized to me(this made me very happy) about damage, that they didn't see it before before I got the truck and that they would repair the damage which they did. I'm extremely happy with Steve in his handling of my purchase to repair of the rim. More

Bought a new truck ... ! I spent a couple days at a local Chevy dealer talking about a new Silverado. Although the sales guy was very nice, the sales manager was playing "the bad guy". Undervaluing my trade, playing games with the numbers and the usual BS. I was not impressed. I came back to Columbia Ford where I've purchased 8 previous trucks from John Senick. John knows me well. No drama. We took the truck I wanted for a drive and I loved it right away. Beautiful truck! The dealership did not play any games with me. They found the "right deal" for me ... telling me that a lease would work well with this truck. The numbers were spot on. The monthly payment was less than what I was paying and I got some cash back, too. John even picked up my old truck. This is why I've purchased 8 previous trucks from John and Columbia Ford. Never disappointed with the service I receive. Thanks ! More
