Not so at Columbia Ford, my salesman Matt Milici made the process so easy and he and sales manager, Henry Gregoire, went out of their way to get me the best deal. They went out of their way to locate the exact vehicle I wanted and kept in contact with me through the whole process. Warranty work Very friendly, professional service department. Completed work on time and as promised. Only problem was, I didn't check out to get a vehicle while mine was being repaired under warranty. Thus out of a car for a few days while repair completed. That was my fault not theirs. Have been in for oil changes, warranty work and general mechanical and have had nothing but great service. Highly recommend. More
