Good price, bad sales experience Ed was a nice salesman and did a great job, the other guy, seemed like he was from ny or jersey, quoted me at 1.9 apr based on my great credit but unt Ed was a nice salesman and did a great job, the other guy, seemed like he was from ny or jersey, quoted me at 1.9 apr based on my great credit but until signing it came out to be either 3.9 or 2.9 based on how many months I wanted to go. The 1.9 wasnt even in the picture, and it wasnt due to my credit because 1.9 was the lowest possible bracket. Came across as very shady business practice. It stuck a cord because the so called "numbers guy" did his free hand math wrong, maybe just a pet peeve, and gave me an incorrect quote. It wasnt even in the same bracket as 1.9 wasnt an available option. Maybe it was a mistake and he was basing it off the wrong financial systems loans but even the salesman mentioned you only usually work with a handful. In addition the second pair of keys was lost over night and there was a small scratch already in the windshield. Both may have been accidents but its sloppy and the customer shouldn't have to come back in a few days as a result of the dealers problems. I did get a great price so that helps but my family has bought over 6 cars from this dealership, and this experience really makes me wonder if I would buy another car here. More
